I have over 5 years of experience in eating disorder treatment, trauma work, and behavioral health. My main areas of expertise include anxiety, self-esteem, perfectionism, relationship stress, body image concerns, eating disorder recovery, healing relationships to food and body, navigating chronic illness, and processing past and present trauma. I also have experience with and am passionate about working with other mental health providers who are on their own therapy journey. Therapy is a collaborative process and you are the expert on yourself. I will gently challenge and encourage you in paths of new growth and exploration (with a little humor where appropriate).
